Job Description Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Products Manager to join our team. As a Digital Products Manager, you will be responsible for managing our brochure website on WordPress and the online community platform via a Buddy Boss platform (WP plugin) from layout to function. You will work closely with our customer and marketing team to understand their needs and translate them into functional websites. If you have a passion for digital product development and enjoy working in a collaborative environment with the internal team and external partners we would love to hear from you.
To be successful in this role you must demonstrate great communication skills & excellent time management skills. You must have a great commitment to performance and an ability to learn quickly with the guidance of our industry-leading team.
Our ideal candidate is someone who holds a bachelor’s degree in an area of online web/digital technology & has some previous work experience.
Job Description Summary
As our Digital Products Manager, you will have a basic salary of £25,000 - £33,000 per annum based on experience, we also offer other benefits:

Job Core Responsibilities
As our Digital Products Manager at our company, you will: be responsible for:
Digital Strategy Implementation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to execute our online and digital strategy.
- Shape the company’s approach to digital services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research to identify industry best practices and translate findings into clear digital strategies.
Website and Platform Enhancement:
- Take ownership of our WordPress website and Buddy Boss platform.
- Improve performance, enhance content, and manage updates.
- Launch blogs based on provided content.
- Create online courses using marketing and content materials.
Online Partnership Project Management:
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to launch online projects quarterly.
- Manage and increase online events.
- Front-End and Back-End Development: working with an outsourced partner.
Optimize the WordPress website:
- Increase content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to boost community growth and e-commerce sales.
- Improve performance and increase engagement online.
- Create landing pages with the Marketing team to increase online sales.
Enhance the Buddy Boss platform:
- Develop projects, media features, and news feeds.
- Expand the “How-To” library, explainer wizards, online videos, and courses.
- Working with the Marketing and Content team to develop our online course offering.
E-commerce and Tech Support:
- Run the web store using WooCommerce:
- Sell digital partnerships, premium projects, and consulting packages.
- Deal with any digital technology-related support tickets from the team and community.
Manage digital partnerships:
- Facilitate groups, onboarding, and address tech issues.
- Serve as the go-to tech support for the company:
- Handle IT elements such as Microsoft 365 organization, SharePoint, and Outlook.
Workflow Automation:
- Develop and improve processes using Monday.com (with the operations team).
- Enhance workflows in HubSpot CRM (with the marketing team).
Job Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Computer literacy across multiple programs, such as Monday, WeChat, Zoom, Microsoft365, HubSpot, Learn Dash, WordPress, Buddy Boss, & Score App
- People skills.
- Strong communicator & negotiator with presentational skills.
- Be target-driven to exceed KPIs
- Be able to adhere to standards & procedures whilst maintaining confidentiality while being confident enough to question inappropriate behaviour.

- Hold a PSW or other valid visa which enables you to work in the UK.
- Have digital product management or project lead experience. experience
- First-hand experience managing web solutions using WordPress.
- Proficiency in digital product development and bug fixing.
- Opportunity to play a critical role in launching our EDTECH Platform with an external development team.
